Terms of Service

GENERAL
1. I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.2. You may not resell artwork or use it commercially unless discussed. You may not alter the artwork without permission. You are free to post it anywhere without credit (though appreciated!), as long as you don't claim you made it yourself. You MAY NOT mint the commissioned work as an NFT under any circumstances, even for art intended for commercial use. You MAY NOT use the image for an artificial intelligence neural network.3. I reserve the right to post the artwork online in a gallery/portfolio etc. I will not further profit from the commissioned work.3. 1st change is free, any after I will charge a $10 fee.PAYMENT
1. Payment is in USD only.2. Commissions are paid 100% upfront OR 50% upfront and 50% upon completion. I will send you an invoice for payment.DELIVERY/REFUND
1. Process time may take up to three months depending on complexity, number of characters, and my health. If there is a delay after three months I will contact you immediately.2. I will show you WIPs of the sketch, once approved I will show you a WIP of the lineart and ask if any changes should be made. Upon completion one last progress shot will be shown and i'll ask for any changes. I want to make sure everything is perfect for you, so dont be too shy to ask! :)3. You may cancel your order and get a refund UP UNTIL we leave the sketch phase and I start the lineart (I will notify you when this begins!). Once this begins I can no longer offer a refund. Please do not request a charge back, I will transfer it to you myself.4. If for any reason I cannot start a commission you will receive a full refund.5. You will get a full size PNG file of the image (usually around 3000x3000 px, 300 DPI) and a resized PNG for posting online. Anything posted on my end will be heavily watermarked.
